  • Few exercises for making juggling easier

I know you are in hurry, so let me answer your question now!

How to juggle a soccer ball 100 times?

You can juggle ball 100 times by constantly working on your juggling technique. If you struggle to juggle a soccer ball even a few times, you need to start working on the fundamentals. Juggling a soccer ball demands a technique on some level and that’s why it’s important in soccer.

Many people complicate this topic too much and think, that they will be never able to juggle a soccer ball more than 100 times. Or that it requires too many hours of practice.

I’m here to tell you the opposite.

There are some super easy exercises and techniques that you can follow, in order to improve your juggling ability. Let’s take a look at how you can start today!

Soccer ball juggling exercises

In case you are super serious about juggling, you can even get a soccer ball for freestyle. You can find it in my review article on the best soccer balls of 2021.

If you are struggling to juggle at least 100 times, you might be doing something wrong. Here’s a super short video showing you, how to juggle correctly. When watching, try to pay the attention to the smallest details.

Now when you are pretty much certain about the technique, it’s time to practice!

As with everything, consistency is the key here. It doesn’t really matter if it takes you a week, a month or a year to get there.

Here is the technique:

You will be doing “pyramides” in soccer juggling. Now let me explain!

You simply start with a ball in your hands and do one juggle, then pause.

After that, you take a ball into your hands again and do two juggles.

You repeat the same process until you reach your max. number. So if you make it to 8 juggles, but a ball falls on the ground, you start from the whole beginning!

Juggle with both feet. Don’t get caught up juggling only with the dominant foot. That’s a mistake beginners always make.

Just by doing this every single day, for a few minutes, you’ll start to see amazing improvements. It might look very dumb, but it’s a highly effective technique to learn how to juggle a soccer ball 100 times. You just keep adding juggles and over time you will be able to reach 20-30 juggles.

When you will do without any troubles 20-30 juggles, from there it’s only about consistency!

You see, 30 juggles are almost ⅓ so you’re almost there!

Keep juggling anytime throughout the day when you have time, it’s really important!

I guarantee to you, that if you keep working on yourself, except o being capable of juggling a ball 100 times, your technique will improve immensely.

This leads me to another point, why juggling can help you in soccer.

Why is juggling important in soccer?

Many of you were asking me this question about jugging.

Why is juggling important in soccer? Juggling in soccer is important because it measures your technical ability at a fundamental level. Every professional soccer player has no problem with juggling as it’s very natural for them to do. They played with a ball their whole life to the point, they have no problems with juggling.

Now here’s a thing.

I’ve seen a lot of soccer player that knows how to do different freestyle tricks and juggle a ball 1000 times. But, when it comes to a real game, they performed very poorly.

With that being said, juggling a soccer ball and doing different types of freestyle tricks won’t directly affect your game.

It can have a positive effect on your technique over time, but nothing that would improve your real game performance too much.

Last Words

So as you can see, being able to juggle a soccer ball 100 times is nothing hard.

All it takes is just a dedication and commitment to improving.

I wish you all the best!
